Kevin Macpherson

This is a quick plug for my favorite teacher Kevin Macpherson. I am just crazy about this dumb looking book. I love his very straight forward approach and emphasis on a good "start" as what makes or breaks a painting. He has convinced me to stop obsessing about color pallette and just use a limited palette to mix all my colors. His paintings are great and just a joy to look at as I flipped through the book. I also highly recommend his videos which you can rent from smartflix (and many others!)
